Today's workout is a quickie, see if you can get it done before you head out the door for the day! 
-10 jumping jacks
-10 crunches
-10 pushups
-10 squats
-10 calf raises
-10 reverse lunges
Repeat 5x! 

Helpful hint! If you have a hard time getting motivated in the morning, sleep in your workout clothes and keep a big glass of water by your bed! Wake up, chug your water then get that workout in!
