10 days in, how are you feeling? Great I hope because today I have a fantastic core workout that involves NO crunches! 
{1} Romanian Dumbbell Deadlift: Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand with them in front of your thighs, knees hip distance apart and slightly bent. Bend at your hips and slowly bend down until your torso is parallel to the floor, then slowly go back up.
Do as many as you can for 60 seconds. 

{2} Bicep Lunge Curl: Stand with the dumbbells at your side, feet hip distance apart. Lunge forward on your right leg and as you do, curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders. Step back into the starting position and uncurl your arms. Repeat on the left side. 
Do as many as you can for 60 seconds 

{3} Dumbbell Overhead Press: Start with arms bend, dumbbells at your shoulders. Extend arms until they are straight and bring back down to starting position. 
Do as many as you can for 60 seconds. 

{4} Mountain Climbers: Start in a straight arm plank. Bring right knee to chest, then back to plank position. Bring left knee to checks, then back to plank position.
Go go go for 60 seconds!

Repeat this set 4 times & feel the burn! Remember to keep your core engaged at all times!
