25 Days of Fitmas!

Okay- I have a challenge for y'all! From now until Christmas I will be posting a combination of mini workouts, healthy foods and comfy yet practical workout clothes so every one, including myself, can meet their goals by Christmas!
Who is in? 

Day 1: 
We will start easy today with a yummy breakfast recipe. 
Peach Oatmeal
-1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
-1 cup water
-1/2 peach 
-1 tbsp of crushed walnuts (optional)
-1 tsp pure maple sugar

Step 1: Bring water to a boil and add oats. 
Step 2: Let simmer for a minuet and add the peach
Step 3: Let oats cook to the consistency that you prefer.
Step 4: Plate and top with walnuts and maple syrup. Yum!
